摘 要:过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))是一种参与生长调节的外源信号物质,有利于维持植物的细胞稳态,且H_(2)O_(2)浸种可以促进幼苗根系生长,在生理生化过程中具有浓度效应。为探究H_(2)O_(2)浸种对苦荞幼苗根系生长的影响和筛选H_(2)O_(2)浸种处理苦荞种子的适宜浓度,本试验以‘川荞2号’为材料,研究不同H_(2)O_(2)浓度(1, 5, 10, 20, 50和100 mmol/L)浸种对苦荞幼苗根系生长及其抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,H_(2)O_(2)浓度为1~10 mmol/L内根系性状、根系活力、CAT、POD和SOD活性显著高于CK (P<0.05);除RAD外,其余根系性状和3种抗氧化酶活性超过20 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2)浓度时逐渐降低,且达到显著水平;通过聚类分析,1~10 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2)浓度范围内绝大多数指标均达到峰值,且各指标分为了两类,一类为RAD、RA、CAT和POD,其余指标归为另一类;相关性分析显示,除RAD、RA、CAT和POD外所有指标均呈极显著正相关;主成分分析表明,RL、RSA、RV、RF、RC、RFW和SOD可作为评价H_(2)O_(2)浸种对苦荞幼苗根系特征的一级指标,RAD和POD可作为二级指标。综上所述,浓度为1~5 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2)浸种有利于‘川荞2号’幼苗根系的生长、根系活力及提高抗氧化酶活性。根据试验结果筛选出H_(2)O_(2)浸种苦荞种子的适宜浓度和评价指标,为H_(2)O_(2)浸种预处理提高苦荞种子提供理论依据。Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))is an exogenous signal substance involved in growth regulation,which helps maintain plant cell homeostasis.H_(2)O_(2) seed soaking can promote the growth of seedling roots and has a concentra-tion effect in physiological and biochemical processes.In order to explore the effect of H_(2)O_(2) seed soaking on Tar-tary buckwheat seedling root growth and to screen the appropriate concentration of H_(2)O_(2) soaking to treat Tartary buckwheat seeds,this experiment used the cultivar of'Chuanqiao-2'as the material to study the effects of seed soaking with different H_(2)O_(2) concentrations(1,5,10,20,50 and 100 mmol/L)on the root growth and antioxidant enzyme activty of Tartary buckwheat seedlings.The results showed that the internal root traits,root activity,CAT,POD and SOD activities of H_(2)O_(2) at a concentration of 1~10 mmol/L were significantly higher than those of CK(P<0.05).Except for RAD,other root traits and three antioxidant enzyme activities gradually decreases when the concentration of H_(2)O_(2) exceeded 20 mmol/L,and reaches a significant level.Through cluster analysis,most of the indi-cators within the concentration range of 1~10 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2) reach their peaks,and each indicator is divided into two categories,one is RAD,RA,CAT and POD,and the remaining indicators are classified into another category.Correlation analysis shows that all indicators except RAD,RA,CAT and POD are extremely significantly positive-ly correlated.Principal component analysis shows that RL,RSA,RV,RF,RC,RFW and SOD can be used as the primary indicators for evaluating the root characteristics of Tartary buckwheat seedlings by H_(2)O_(2) seed soaking,and RAD and POD can be used as secondaryindicators.In summary,Soaking seeds with a concentration of 1~5 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2) is beneficial to the growth of the seedling roots and root activity,and increase antioxidant enzyme activity of'Chuanqiao-2'.Based on the study results,the appropriate concentration and evaluation index of H_(2)O_(2) soaking Tar-tary
