摘  要:芥子油苷(glucosinolates, GSLs),是一类具有营养功能和生物活性的植物次生代谢物。目前对芥子油苷的综述主要集中在芥子油苷的生物合成与基因调控等方面,少有对芥子油苷生物学功能的全面介绍。本研究总结了芥子油苷的生物学功能,讨论了芥子油苷的生物合成、其在植物应对生物胁迫和非生物胁迫中发挥的作用以及在抗癌作用和天然农药开发中的应用。对芥子油苷与细胞信号传导之间的关系、芥子油苷应对非生物胁迫和植物的防御功能之间的关系等研究方向进行了讨论与展望。以期为芥子油苷及其衍生物的应用开发和相关作物的育种改良等提供理论参考。Glucosinolates are a class of plant secondary metabolites with nutritional functions and biological activities.At present,the review of glucosinolates mainly focuses on the biosynthesis and gene regulation of glucosinolates,and few comprehensive introductions are made on the biological functions of glucosinolates.In this study,we reviewed the biological functions of glucosinolates,discusses the biosynthesis of glucosinolates,their roles in plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses,and their applications in anticancer medicines and natural pesticides.The relationship between glucosinolates and cell signal transduction,as well as the relationship between glucosinolates response to abiotic stress and plant defense function were discussed and prospected.In order to provide theoretical reference for the application development of glucosinolates and their derivatives and the breeding improvement of related crops.
