摘 要:为改善蜂窝结构异面的力学性能,在传统六边形蜂窝的基础上引入了肋板结构,耦合成一种新型填充式肋板蜂窝结构。利用显式动力学有限元方法研究了填充式肋板蜂窝的异面在不同冲击速度和冲击角度作用下的冲击响应特性和能量吸收能力。结果表明:填充式肋板蜂窝的变形模式受到冲击速度和冲击角度的影响;填充肋板与外部胞壁之间存在耦合增强效应,可使蜂窝的力学性能增强,能量吸收能力提高15.08%;冲击端和固定端的平台应力均随着冲击角度的增大而减小;动态承载性能随着冲击角度的增大而减小。相对密度会影响填充肋板与外部胞壁之间的耦合效应以及填充式肋板蜂窝结构的能量吸收能力。To improve the mechanical properties of out-of-plane of honeycomb structure,the ribbed plate structure was introduced based on the traditional hexagonal honeycomb,which was coupled into a new type of filling-type with ribbed plate honeycomb structure.The impact response characteristics and energy absorption capacity of the out-of-plane of filling-type with ribbed plate honeycomb structure with different impact velocities and impact angles were studied using the explicit dynamic finite element method.The results show that the deformation modes of the filling-type with ribbed plate honeycomb are affected by the impact velocity and impact angle,and there is a coupling enhancement effect between the filled ribbed plates and the external cell-wall,which can enhance the mechanical properties of the honeycomb and increase energy absorption by 15.08%.The plateau stresses of the impact end and fixed end decrease with the increase of impact angle.The dynamic bearing capacity decrease with the increase of impact angle.Relative density affects the coupling effect between the filled ribbed plates and the external cell-wall and the energy absorption capacity of filling-type with ribbed plate honeycomb structure.
