摘　　要：生成式人工智能作为人工智能领域的新技术范式,高频迭代进化并拓展出功能强大的大语言模型ChatGPT,这无疑突显了人工智能技术的卓越性,但由此也引发了关于人工智能经济奇点、政治奇点、社会奇点等社会治理风险的深度思考。因此,如何在人工智能技术逻辑中深入理解人工智能时代风险的成因、特质和趋势,并为应对这些风险提供坚实的理论基础、治理思维和实践策略,已成为当今社会迫切需要解决的问题。在我们看来,面对如ChatGPT等生成式人工智能扩展的风险,我们只有深化数据安全的意识,形成认知风险边界的能力,才能真正从社会发展角度规制技术产生的社会风险。Generative artificial intelligence as a new technical paradigm in the field of artificial intelligence,has undergone high-frequency iterations and evolved into powerful large language models such as ChatGPT.This undoubtedly highlights the excellence of artificial intelligence technology,but it also triggered profound thinking about artificial intelligence economic singularity,political singularity,social singularity and other social governance risks.Therefore,how to deeply understand the causes,characteristics and trends of risks in the artificial intelligence era in the logic of artificial intelligence technology,so as to provide a solid foundation for the theoretical concepts,governance thinking and practical strategies for addressing these risks has become an urgent issue for today's society.In our opinion,when faced with the risks posed by the expansion of generative artificial intelligence,such as ChatGPT,we must deepen our awareness of data security and develop the ability to recognize risk boundaries,so that we can truly regulate the social risks generated by technology from the perspective of social development.
