摘 要:随着电力电子和新能源并网技术的发展,对高频变压器提出了微型化、高频化、高功率密度传输的新要求,因此综合考虑不同约束条件的高频变压器优化设计是现在亟需解决的问题。文章概述了目前高频变压器磁芯损耗、绕组损耗特性、寄生参数和优化设计方法的国内外研究现状,总结归纳了降低磁芯损耗和绕组损耗的措施及控制漏感和分布电容的方法,并对未来高频变压器所面临的重点问题进行了展望。With the development of power electronics and new energy grid connection technology,new requirements for miniaturization,high-frequency,and high power density transmission have been put forward for high-frequency transformers.Therefore,the optimization design of high-frequency transformers that comprehensively consider different constraint conditions is an urgent problem to be solved.The article provides an overview of the current research status of high-frequency transformer core loss,winding loss characteristics,parasitic parameters,and optimization design methods both domestically and internationally.It summarizes and summarizes measures to reduce core loss and winding loss,as well as methods to control leakage inductance and distributed capacitance.Finally,the key issues faced by future high-frequency transformers were discussed in the future.
