摘 要:轮胎异常磨损对汽车的操纵稳定性、行驶安全性不利,且会导致用车成本的明显增加,是长期未彻底解决的行业难题之一。本文研究了汽车轮胎磨损的机理,以及与异常磨损相关的车轮定位参数运动学特性、外倾角与前束的匹配机理及原则、转向系统阿克曼误差等。提出了轮胎异常磨损问题的系统性解决思路,并通过理论分析和仿真计算制定可行的技术方案。结合改进前后的实车对比验证,证明了研究结论对轮胎异常磨损的优化效果,可以有效减少轮胎磨损。Abnormal tire wear is not conducive to the handling stability and driving safety of automobiles,and will lead to a significant increase in the cost of car use,which is one of the industry problems that have not been completely solved for a long time.In this paper,the mechanism of tire wear of automobiles,as well as the kinematic characteristics of wheel alignment parameters,the matching mechanism and principle of camber angle and toe-in angle related to abnormal wear,and the Ackerman error of steering system are studied.A systematic solution to the problem of abnormal tire wear is proposed,and a feasible technical scheme is formulated through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation.Combined with the comparison and verification of real vehicles before and after the improvement,the study proves that the optimization effect of the research conclusion on the abnormal wear of tires can effectively reduce tire wear.
