摘  要:目的 分析支气管内型错构瘤的CT表现特征,加深对此病的影像学认识,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析自贡市第一人民医院2014年1月至2021年12月的21例经手术及病理证实的支气管内型错构瘤患者,分析其临床及影像学表现,基于多平面重组技术,显示病灶特征与支气管关系。结果 本组21例均为男性,年龄35~77岁;右肺上叶支气管、中叶支气管、下叶支气管各3例;左主支气管6例;左肺上叶支气管6例;6例伴阻塞性肺不张或肺炎;9例病灶内见钙化,9例见脂肪成份;18例行增强扫描,12例未见明显强化,6例轻度强化;2例纵隔内见肿大淋巴结。结论 支气管内型错构瘤是少见的肺部良性肿瘤,多平面重组技术的运用能充分显示病灶的影像学特征及病灶与支气管的关系,更有助于疾病诊断及临床教学。Objective To analyze the CT manifestations of intrabronchial hamartoma,deepen the imaging understanding and improve the diagnosis of the disease.Methods A retrospective analysis of twenty-one of intrabronchial hamartoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in the First People′s Hospital of Zigong from January 2014 to December 2021 was implemented and their clinical and imaging findings were analyzed.The multi-planar recombination technology was used to show the characteristics of the lesion and its relationship with the bronchus.Results The 21 cases in this group were all male,aged 35~77 years.There were three cases each with upper lobe bronchus,middle lobe bronchus,and lower lobe bronchus with the right lung,six cases with left main bronchus,six cases with lobar bronchus with the left upper lung,six cases with obstructive atelectasis or pneumonia,nine cases with calcification in the lesions,nine cases with fat content.In the eighteen cases with enhanced scanning,there were 12 cases with no obvious enhancement,six cases with mild enhancement.Two cases with swollen lymph nodes are seen in the mediastinum.Conclusion Intrabronchial hamartoma is a rare benign lung tumor.The application of multiplanar recombination technology can fully show the imaging characteristics of the lesion and the relationship between the lesion and the bronchus,which is more helpful for disease diagnosis and clinical teaching.
