摘  要:目的 分析眼眶海绵状血管瘤的磁共振成像(MRI)影像征象,探讨其对海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的17例海绵状血管瘤患者的MRI影像学表现,并与手术结果对照。结果 MRI能清楚显示肿瘤与眼外肌及视神经的关系。海绵状血管瘤有特殊的强化方式,表现为中央或边缘局部点状及小结节状强化,然后逐步向全肿瘤填充扩展。结论 MRI可对海绵状血管瘤准确定位,揭示痛变与周围组织关系。MRI增强检查对诊断海绵状血管瘤有重要诊断意义。Objective To study MRI findings of orbital cavernous hemangioma and investigate their value in the diagnosis.Methods The MR images of 17 cases with cavernous hemangioma,which were confirmed by pathology,were reviewed and analyzed.Results MRl was particularly useful in revealing the relationship of tumor with the ocular muscles and optic nerve.There is a characteristic dynamic enhancement pattern in cavernous hemangiomas,appearing as a localized dot-like and nodular enhancement at the center or edge and then gradually extending to the whole tumor.Conclusion MRI can reveal the histological category and location of the tumor exactly.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI is a valuable method for distinguishing orbital cavernous hemangioma.
