摘 要:为探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)结合多媒体教学法在针灸推拿专业学生“病理学”教学中的应用及价值,从2021年7月~2022年7月这一年的针灸推拿专业学生中选取50名作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分成2组进行教学,其中25名学生为对照组,采用传统教学法进行教学;另外25名学生为观察组,采用PBL结合多媒体教学法进行教学。同时,对2组教学效果进行比较分析,对比组间差异。结果表明,观察组学生的考试成绩、对教学的满意度评分明显高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,在针灸推拿专业“病理学”教学中应用PBL结合多媒体教学有助于提升教学效果,值得广泛推广。In order to explore the application and value of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)combined with multimedia teaching method in the“pathology”teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage majors,50 acupuncture and moxibustion and massage majors from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects,and the students were divided into two groups for teaching by random lottery,25 of whom were control groups,and the traditional teaching method was used for teaching.Another 25 students are in the observation group,using PBL combined with multimedia teaching method for teaching.At the same time,compare and analyze the teaching effects of the two groups,and compare the differences between the groups.The results showed that the examination scores and satisfaction ratings of the observation group students were significantly higher than those of the control group students,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of PBL combined with multimedia teaching in the“pathology”teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage specialty is helpful to improve the teaching effect and is worth popularizing widely.
