摘　　要：文中提出了“居民生活垃圾管理能力”的概念和内涵,采用扎根理论法探究居民生活垃圾管理能力的驱动因素及作用机制。对城市居民进行深度访谈,并将访谈文本资料进行编码分析,通过开放式编码提炼出初始概念和子范畴。将子范畴进行聚类,形成了包括人格、社会因素、政策因素、人口学变量和效用感知这五个主范畴。经选择性编码发现:1)人格、社会因素、效用感知,以及教育、家庭和知识水平等人口学变量直接影响居民生活垃圾管理能力的形成。2)政策普及和执行越好,效用感知越能促使居民生活垃圾管理能力的形成。3)人格和社会因素直接影响居民对垃圾管理能力结果的感知,进而驱使居民发展生活垃圾管理能力。文中为生活垃圾管理的研究提供了新的研究视角,也为垃圾管理实践提供了决策参考。This paper put forwards the concept and the connotation of the domestic waste management ability,and uses the grounded theory to explore the drivers and the mechanism of the resident's domestic waste management ability.In-depth interviews with urban residents were conducted,and the interview text materials were coded and analyzed,and the initial concepts and sub-categories were extracted through open coding.The subcategories were clustered to form five main categories,including personality,social factors,policy factors,demographic variables,and utility perception.Through selective coding,it was found that:1)Personality,social factors,utility perception,as well as education,family and knowledge level directly affect the formation of resident's domestic waste management ability.2)The better the popularization and implementation of policies are,the more the utility perception can promote the formation of domestic waste management ability.3)Personality and social factors directly affect residents'perception of the results of household waste management ability,and then drive residents to develop their domestic waste management ability.This paper provides a new research perspective for the research of residents'waste management behavior,and provides theoretical support for the government and society to guide residents to form domestic waste management habits.
