摘 要:人工智能技术加速生成了数字化、信息化和智能化的新业态和新需求,为当代职业院校大学生就业带来更多际遇和挑战。在此背景下,社会、市场和教育三重因素推动我国职业院校加速培育大学生就业核心竞争力。人工智能带来的就业创造、就业重塑和就业替代等效应,促进了职业院校人才内涵变革,形成了人机协同趋势,引发了“机器换人”思潮,给职业院校育人的知识结构、技能教学和心理素质培育都带来巨大冲击。职业院校培育大学生就业核心竞争力需要完成“从知识图谱到智能图谱”“从技能培训到智技耦合”“从心理辅导到数字疗愈”的智能转化,依次帮助学生重构系统集成的智能知识体系,深化人机协同的职业技能框架,构筑数字赋能的心理素质防线。Artificial intelligence technology has accelerated the generation of new industries and new demands for digitization,informatization and intelligence,bringing more opportunities and challenges for the employment of college students in contemporary vocational colleges and universities.In this context,the triple factors of society,market and education have pushed vocational colleges in China to accelerate the cultivation of college students’employment competitiveness.The employment creation,employment reshaping and employment substitution effects brought by artificial intelligence have promoted the internal change of talents in vocational colleges and universities,formed the trend of human-machine synergy,and triggered the thought of“machine for human”,which has brought great impact on the knowledge structure,skill teaching and psychological quality cultivation of vocational colleges and universities.Vocational colleges and universities need to cultivate the core competitiveness of college students’employment by completing the intelligent transformation from knowledge mapping to intelligent mapping,from skills training to intellectual-technical coupling,and from psychological counseling to digital healing intelligent transformation,in order to help students reconstruct the intelligent knowledge system of system integration,deepen the vocational skills framework of human-machine synergy,and construct the psychological quality line of defense of digital empowerment.
