摘 要:当今社会信息技术的日新月异,社会舆论对公民思想观念的影响正在加大。社会舆论对公民思想观念的形成和发展具有隐性教育的作用,其可以成为公民思想观念教育的“正能量”,也具有情绪化、非理性一面的负面效应。运用马克思主义社会科学方法论剖析社会舆论对公民思想观念产生影响的原因、其产生和发展过程中的受教育者、以及发展动力等问题具有重要意义。研究在方法论的指导下从四个方面拓展社会舆论有效发挥正向教育作用的路径:一是社会系统研究方法的四大基本原则共同作用;二是个人和国家作为社会舆论同一个方面的两个不同主体必须共同作用;三是直击舆论的矛盾根源;四是理性把握社会舆论传播的客观规律性。With the rapid development of information technology in today's society,the influence of public social opinions on citizens'ideas is increasing.Public social opinions play a recessive educational role in the formation and development of citizens'ideological concepts,which can be the"positive energy"of the citizens'ideological education and meanwhile may have the negative effect of emotional and irrational side.It is of great significance to use Marxist social science methodology to analyze the causes of public social opinions’influence on citizens'ideology,the educatees in the process of its emergence and development,and the driving force of development.Under the guidance of methodology,the research expands the path for public social opinions to effectively play a positive role in education from four aspects:firstly,the four basic principles of social system research method work together;secondly,the individual citizen and the state,as two different subjects in the same aspect of public social opinions,must work together;thirdly,attack the root causes of contradictions in public social opinions;fourthly,rationally grasp the objective laws of public social opinion dissemination.
