摘 要:以某特大桥为依托,采用有限元方法计算了大桥钢箱梁节段模型中,正交异性钢-UHPC组合桥面板在轮轴荷载作用下其剪力连接件在横桥向间距由原设计的150 mm增加至300 mm时的应力分布特征及应力影响面;基于雨流法和Miner疲劳损伤累积理论,计算了组合桥面板剪力连接件在设计疲劳荷载下的等效应力幅与疲劳累积损伤度。结果表明,优化后的剪力连接件抗疲劳性能满足规范要求。在此基础上,研究了组合桥面板剪力连接件的直径、间距对其疲劳性能的影响,结果表明,栓钉剪力连接件的直径由13 mm增大到19 mm时,剪力连接件的应力幅值及抗疲劳性能基本保持不变;剪力连接件的横向间距由300 mm增加至600 mm,纵向间距由200 mm变为400 mm时,其应力幅值普遍有所增大,但依然满足在大桥设计寿命期内抗疲劳设计使用要求。Based on a major bridge,in this paper the finite element method is used to calculate the stress distribution characteristics and stress influence surface of the orthotropic steel UHPC composite deck in the steel box girder segment model of the bridge when the spacing of shear connectors in the transverse direction increases from 150mm to 300mm under the wheel axle load.Based on the rain flow method and Miner's fatigue damage accumulation theory,the equivalent stress amplitude and fatigue cumulative damage degree of the composite deck shear connectors under the design fatigue load are calculated.The results show that the fatigue resistance of the optimized shear connectors meets the requirements of the code.On this basis,the influence of the diameter and spacing of composite deck shear connectors on their fatigue performance is studied.The conclusions are as follows:(1)when the diameter of the stud shear connector increases from 13mm to 19mm,the stress amplitude and fatigue resistance of the shear connector are basically unchanged;and(2)the transverse spacing of shear connectors is increased from 300mm to 600mm,and the longitudinal spacing is changed from 200mm to 400mm.The stress amplitude is generally increased,but it still meets the requirements of fatigue resistance design within the design service life of the bridge.
