摘  要:为扩大英国职业教育的国际市场份额、实现“全球英国”诉求、提升职业教育的国际竞争力,英国加快推进职业教育国际化。其发展路径包括:借助职教联盟参与合作国职业技术教育与培训体系建设,制定利好政策促进学生国际流动,多措并举推进职业教育师资队伍国际化等。2012年以来,英国职业教育国际化呈现出四个方面的特征:多元主体合作以提高职业教育国际化的效率与水平,职业教育国际化与国内职业技能培训体系建设同步推进,逐渐重视与新兴经济体开展职业教育合作,通过国际化激发职业教育机构的办学活力。UK has vigorously promoted the process of vocational education internationalization in order to expand the international market share of UK vocational education,realize the"Global Britain"ambition and enhance the international competitiveness of UK vocational education.The development paths of UK vocational education internationalization include participating in the construction of vocational and technical education and training systems in partner countries through the TVET alliances,developing favorable policies to promote international mobility of students,taking multiple measures to promote the internationalization of vocational education faculty and etc.UK vocational education internationalization presents the following four features since 2012:cooperation among multiple subjects to improve the efficiency and level of vocational education internationalization,internationalization of vocational education and the construction of domestic vocational skills training system are advanced simultaneously,gradually focusing on vocational education cooperation with emerging economies,and stimulating the vitality of vocational education institutions through internationalization.
