摘  要:为切实提升高校学生的综合素质水平,加快高校后勤文化体系构建,引导高校学生树立正确的价值观念,文章从文化协同育人的角度,对高校后勤文化协同育人的特殊性及职能进行阐述,并在此基础上对高校后勤工作的文化协同育人机制创新与实践进行分析与研讨。In order to effectively improve the comprehensive quality level of college students,accelerate the con⁃struction of the logistics culture system in universities,and guide college students to establish correct values and moral behavior.,the article analyzes and discusses the innovation and practice of cultural collaborative education mechanism in university logistics work from the perspective of cultural collaborative education.By elaborating on the particularity of collaborative education of logistics culture in universities,this paper briefly analyzes the functions of collaborative education of logistics culture in universities,and on this basis,ponders on the practice and innovation of collaborative education mechanism of logistics culture for reference.
