摘　　要：近年来,体育中考的重要性日益显著,因此在初中阶段,人们对学生体育的教学非常重视。为使学生的体能得到进一步提高,也为更好地为体育中考提供帮助,该文就立定跳远在体育中考中的重要性及现状进行了分析,并浅谈了一些有效的练习方式,助力教师教学与学生学练。In recent years,the importance of the physical education middle school entrance examination has become increasingly prominent,soin the middle school stage,people attach great importance to the teaching of students'physical education.In order to further improve students'physical fitness andalso toprovide better help for the physical education middle school entrance examination,this paper analyzes the importance and current situation of standing long jump in the physical education middle school entrance examination,and discusses some effective methods of practice to help teachers in teaching and students in learning and practicing.
