摘  要:初中体育教育的融合体育训练与心理健康教育旨在培养学生的身心健康,教师面临着复杂的教学任务,需要跨领域培训,学生的个体差异也需要个性化关怀与评估。同时家庭和社会压力对学生心理健康造成影响,需要整合外部支持系统,多元化课程设计、运动与心理技能结合、课堂反思和分享以及心理健康教育模块等措施是实现这一目标的关键。综合应对这些挑战,将有助于培养更健康、更坚强、更具情感智慧的新一代。The integration of physical education training and psychological health education in middle school aims to cultivate students'physical and mental health.However,teachers face complex teaching tasks that require cross disciplinary training.The individual differences of students also require personalized care and evaluation.At the same time,family and social pressures have an impact on students psychological health,and it is necessary to integrate external support systems.The key to achieving this goal lies in measures such as diversified curriculum design,the combination of sports and psychological skills,classroom reflection and sharing,and psychological health education modules.Addressing these challenges comprehensively will help cultivate a healthier,stronger,and more emotionally intelligent new generation.
