摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、录像分析法和数理统计法等研究方法,通过对2023年全国室内田径锦标女子三级跳远前三名运动员的跳远技术进行分析,找到与世界优秀女子跳远运动员的差别,从技术层面上提供一些理论依据。This paper adoptsresearch n methods such as literature review,video analysismethod,,and mathematical statisticsmethod to analyze the long jump techniques of the top three women's triple jump athletes in the 2023 National Indoor Athletics Championships,to findthe differences between them and the world's outstanding women long jump athletes,andto provide some theoretical basis from thetechnical perspective.
