摘  要:为解决大田农作物灌溉效率低、灌溉设备精细化程度不够及田间人工灌溉成本高等问题,设计一种大田灌溉阀门控制系统,旨在提升大田灌溉的机械化程度和自动化水平,为智慧农田灌溉系统发展提供有力保障。该系统的核心组成部分包括STM32主控系统、阀门控制系统、数据传输和太阳能供电系统。该研究设计了阀门控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序,采用PID算法实现对阀门开、关以及0~10级的流量调节功能,并通过OneNET云平台和微信小程序实现阀门状态的远程控制和上传功能。测试结果表明,该系统具有多功能、易操控、低成本、高精度的特性,有助于灵活管理水资源和灌溉计划,使得大田农业灌溉省时省力,达到节水增效的目的。In order to solve the problems of low irrigation efficiency of field crops,insufficient refinement of irrigation equipment and high cost of manual irrigation in the field,a valve control system for field irrigation is designed,aiming to improve the mechanization and automation level of field irrigation,and provide a strong guarantee for the development of intelligent farmland irrigation system.The core components of the system include STM32 master control system,valve control system,data transmission and solar power supply system.The hardware circuit and software program of the valve control system are designed,and the PID algorithm is used to realize the function of regulating the valve opening and closing as well as the flow rate of 0~10 levels,and the remote control and uploading function of the valve status is realized by means of the OneNET cloud platform and the WeChat applet.The testing results show that the system is multi-functional,easy to control,low-cost and high-precision,which helps to flexibly manage water resources and irrigation schedules,making field agricultural irrigation save time and energy,and achieving the goal of water conservation and efficiency improvement.
