摘　　要：在以智能化矿山建设为要求的背景下,针对井下环境复杂、光照轻度差、存在易燃易爆气体、以及矿难发生后,原有的有线视频监控体系会受到破坏等问题。设计出一种矿用防爆型布控球,该设备以高通Cortex-A53芯片作为中央控制单元,采用CMOS图像传感器作为视频采集单元,并配有红外补光。设备采用本质安全电路的电源为设备供电。该布控球具有红外夜视距离远、成像质量高、功耗低的特点。支持TCP/IP、ONVIF、GB28181等协议。可广泛应用于井下安全生产领域。经测试,布控球黑暗环境下可视距离达20 m。Under the background of intelligent mine construction,the underground environment is complex,the light is slightly poor,there is flammable and explosive gas,and the original wired video surveillance system will be destroyed after the mine accident.A kind of mine explosion-proof layout control ball is designed,which uses Qualcomm Cortex-A53 chip as the central control unit,CMOS image sensor as the video acquisition unit,and equipped with infrared light.The power supply of intrinsically safe circuit is used to power the equipment.The control ball has the characteristics of long infrared night vision distance,high imaging quality and low power consumption.Support TCP/IP,ONVIF,GB28181 and other protocols.It can be widely used in the field of underground safety production.After testing,the visible distance of the ball in the dark environment can reach 20 m.
