多模式机液复合传动拖拉机犁耕效率探究

摘  要:为了使拖拉机在犁耕作业时达到最高效率,对装备有多模式机液复合传动装置的拖拉机进行研究,建立犁耕效率模型,包括复合传动装置效率模型、发动机效率模型、犁耕动态模型。在MATLAB中采用循环寻优的方法对犁耕效率模型进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:耕深越深,达到最高犁耕效率时的犁耕速度与最佳速比越小;合理的耕深可使犁耕效率达到38%左右,耕深过深会降低犁耕效率。To achieve the highest efficiency of tractors during ploughing operation,the tractor equipped with a multi-mode mechanicalhydraulic composite drive is studied,and the ploughing efficiency models are established,including the efficiency model of the composite drive,the efficiency model of the engine and the dynamic model of ploughing.The ploughing efficiency models are simulated and analyzed in matlab using the cyclic optimization method.The simulation results show that the deeper the ploughing depth,the smaller the ratio between the ploughing speed and the optimal speed when reaching the highest ploughing efficiency,and a reasonable ploughing depth can achieve a ploughing efficiency of about 38%,while excessive ploughing depth can reduce the ploughing efficiency.
