丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合脑栓通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合脑栓通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法 将2021年9月至2023年8月我院收治的110例AIS合并T2DM患者按照奇偶顺序分为两组。对照组采用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用脑栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组的NIHSS、 BI评分、炎性因子、不良反应。结果 治疗后14d,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后14 d,观察组IL-6、 hs-CRP、 Hcy水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合脑栓通胶囊可改善AIS合并T2DM患者的神经功能和日常生活能力,抑制炎性因子表达,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with Naoshuantong capsules in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 110 AIS patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to the parity order.The control group was treated with butylphthalein and sodium chloride injection,and the observation group was treated with Naoshuantong capsules on the basis of the control group.The NIHSS,BI score,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results 14 days after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the BI score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).14 days after treatment,the IL-6,hs-CRP and Hcy levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with Naoshuantong capsules can improve the neurological function and daily living ability of AIS patients with T2DM,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,with higher safety.
