摘 要:为解决传统水平隔震支座难以实现竖向减振的难题,研发叠层橡胶-可滑动钢弹簧振震双控装置,提出新型振震双控装置的设计原理及装配方法,结合振动台试验与有限元分析验证该装置的隔震性能,并通过数值仿真分析讨论其竖向减振效果。结果表明:由钢弹簧、摩擦滑移支座和叠层橡胶组成的新型振震双控装置,具有水平和竖向刚度低,抗倾覆能力强的优点;地震动作用下,水平向加速度峰值降低达80%;地铁竖向振动作用下,减振双控装置上部结构的加速度响应减小90%,分频最大振级减小19.93 dB。To solve the difficulty to realize the vertical vibration reduction of traditional isolation bearings,the dual control device of the laminated rubber combined with slide steel spring bearings is researched and developed.The new design principle and assembly method of the dual control device are put forward.The isolation performance of the device is verified through the shaking table test and finite element analysis.The vertical vibration reduction effect of the device is discussed through the numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the new dual-control device composed of steel spring,friction-slip support and laminated rubber has the advantages of low horizontal and vertical stiffness and strong antioverturning ability.Under the action of ground motion,the peak value of horizontal acceleration decreases by 80%.Under vertical vibration of the metro,the acceleration response of the superstructure of the dual control device decreases by 90%,and the maximum frequency division vibration level decreases by 19.93 dB.
