摘　　要：目的:探究半导体激光对颌面部血管瘤的治疗效果.方法:随机将我院自2021年12月至2023年4月收治的60例口腔黏膜微静脉畸形患者分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例).对照组硬化剂治疗,试验组半导体激光联合硬化剂治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效、术后并发症发生率、以及复发率.结果:试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),总治疗完成后3 m,试验组疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组治疗次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),试验组并发症、复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:半导体激光联合硬化剂治疗口腔黏膜微静脉畸形患者较硬化剂治疗,临床效果更显著,有效缓解疼痛,减少治疗次数,减少复发,且不增加术后并发症.Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser on maxillofacial hemangioma.Methods:60 patients with oral mucosa venular malformations admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases).The control group was treated with sclerosing agent,and the experimental group was treated with semiconductor laser combined with sclerosing agent.Clinical effects,incidence rates of postoperative complications,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the experimental group had significantly milder pain than the control group(P<0.05),and treatment times of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with treatment with sclerosing agent alone,the combined treatment with semiconductor laser and sclerosing agent is more effective in the treatment of patients with oral mucosa venular malformations.It can effectively relieve pain,and reduce treatment times and recurrence,without increasing postoperative complications.
