摘 要:目的:观察小儿智力糖浆联合脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的疗效.方法:选取本院2020年12月至2022年12月期间收治的ADHD患儿72例作为研究对象.随机将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各36例.对照组采用脑电生物反馈+常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用小儿智力糖浆治疗.分析比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状[Achenbach儿童行为量表(Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist,CBCL)评分]、注意力[视觉注意力商数(Visual attention quotient,VAQ)、听觉注意力商数(Auditory attention quotient,AAQ)、综合注意力商数(Full scale attention quotient,FAQ)评分]及脑电波频率.结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗3 m后观察组CBCL评分明显低于对照组,VAQ、AAQ、FAQ评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗3 m后观察组β波、SMR波明显高于对照组,θ波明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:小儿智力糖浆联合脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD患儿可提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,提高注意力商数,改善脑电波频率.Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of XiaoEr ZhiLi TangJiang combined with EEG biofeedback on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:Seventy-two children with ADHD admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases each.The control group was treated with EEG biofeedback and conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with XiaoEr ZhiLi TangJiang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms[Achenbach's Child Behavior Check list(CBCL)],attention[Visual attention quotient(VAQ),Auditory attention quotient(AAQ),Full scale attention quotient(FAQ)scores],and EEG frequency between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the CBCL score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the VAQ,AAQ,and FAQ scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,theβwave and SMR wave in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and theθwave was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:XiaoEr ZhiLi TangJiang combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of ADHD children can improve the therapeutic effect,improve clinical symptoms,increase attention quotient and improve brain wave frequency.
