伊托必利联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨伊托必利联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2019年5月—2020年12月收治的86例反流性食管炎患者,按照用药方案将其分为对照组42例和观察组44例。对照组予以法莫替丁片+盐酸伊托必利片治疗,观察组予以奥美拉唑+盐酸伊托必利片治疗,比较两组治疗效果、焦虑抑郁状态、血清胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)以及炎症因子改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MTL水平高于对照组,GAS水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伊托必利联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的效果确切,可改善患者焦虑抑郁状态,降低炎症因子表达水平,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical value of itopride combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 86 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020was divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)according to the medication plan.The control group was treated with famotidine tablets+itopride hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole+itopride hydrochloride tablets.The therapeutic effects,anxiety and depression,serum motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 76.19%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MTL level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the GAS level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Itopride combined with omeprazole is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,which can improve the anxiety and depression of patients and reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors,and has clinical application value.
