摘  要:目的 探究针刺联合感觉统合(SIT)训练对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿智力和行为的改善作用。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年3月在温州市第七人民医院接受治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿82例为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为训练组和联合治疗组,每组各41例。训练组患儿进行SIT训练治疗,联合治疗组患儿进行针刺联合SIT训练治疗。采用感觉综合评定量表检测患儿前庭失衡、触觉过分防御、本体感失调及学习能力发展不足情况;采用韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)评定患儿操作智商(PIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)、全量表智商(FIQ)及不分心因子(C因子)水平;采用试听连续整合测试(IVA-CPT)评分评定患儿综合反应控制商数(FRCQ)、综合注意力商数(FAQ);采用CRT评分评定患儿自觉能力、比较推理能力、抽象推理能力及智商数;采用Conners量表评定患儿品行、身心及多动指数。结果 治疗后,与训练组患儿前庭失衡(32.25±10.22)分、触觉过分防御(41.52±9.35)分、本体感失调(37.65±11.72)分及学习能力发展不足(30.15±11.71)分相比,联合治疗组患儿前庭失衡(40.18±10.86)分、触觉过分防御(48.32±9.58)分、本体感失调(45.52±12.23)分及学习能力发展不足(39.87±10.43)分均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.405、3.253、2.975及3.969,均P<0.05)。治疗后,与训练组患儿PIQ(100.01±8.21)分、VIQ(98.99±9.85)分、FIQ(98.99±9.85)分及C因子评分(99.85±7.72)分相比,联合治疗组患儿PIQ(108.31±8.51)分、VIQ(105.21±8.89)分、FIQ(105.21±7.89)分及C因子(105.52±6.78)分评分均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.494、3.002、2.976及3.534,均P<0.05)。治疗后,与训练组患儿FRCQ评分(82.52±14.85)分、FAQ评分(76.51±12.51)分相比,联合治疗组FRCQ评分(75.41±12.50)分较低,FAQ评分(86.59±13.59)分较高,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.345、3.494,均P<0.05)。治疗后,与训练组患儿自觉能力(8.96±0.31)分、比较推理能力Objective Exploring the effects of acupuncture combined with sensory integration(SIT) training on intelligence and behavior in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods Eighty-two children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) who were treated in the Seventh People's Hospital of Wenzhou from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into a training group and a combined treatment group according to the randomized numerical method,with 41 children in each group.The children in the training group were treated with SIT training,and the children in the combined treatment group were treated with acupuncture and SIT training.The children were tested for vestibular imbalance,tactile over-defense,proprioceptive disorders,and learning deficits using the Comprehensive Sensory Assessment Scale(CSAS);the children were assessed by using the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(C-WISC) to determine their levels of PIQ,VIQ,FIQ,and the factor of non-distraction(C-factor);and the children were scored by using the Audiovisual Continuity Test(IVA-CPT) to determine their Integrated Response Control Quotient(IRC),which is the most important factor for the children.The IVA-CPT score was used to assess the children's FRCQ and FAQ;the CRT score was used to measure the children's self-awareness,comparative reasoning,abstract reasoning,and IQ;and the Conners Scale was used to assess the children's behavior,body and mind,and hyperactivity index.Results After treatment,compared with the training group(32.25±10.22),tactile over-defense(41.52±9.35),proprioceptive disorder(37.65±11.72),and learning disability(30.15±11.71),the combined group had significantly higher scores of vestibular imbalance(40.18±10.86),tactile over-defense(48.32±9.58),proprioceptive disorder(45.52±12.23),and learning disability(39.87±10.43),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.405,3.253,2.975,3.969,all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the PIQ(100.01±8.21),VIQ(98.99±9.85),FIQ(
