摘　　要：随着基因组学和影像组学的发展, 以及大数据及人工智能的问世, 胃外科治疗逐渐步入精准医学。胃癌精准外科治疗是以分子诊断和成像技术对胃癌的精准分型和分期为基础, 制定有效且精确的个体化诊治方案, 并将微创手术和快速康复贯穿其中的诊疗理念。为实现上述精准诊疗, 需继续研究胃癌的肿瘤基因组学、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤干细胞、细胞自噬与死亡等新兴热点, 探索腹腔镜手术、机器人手术系统和吲哚菁绿示踪技术等新兴微创技术, 以及化疗、免疫和靶向治疗等综合治疗方案。With the development of genomics and imaging genomics,the introduction of big data and artificial intelligence,gastric surgical treatment has gradually stepped into precision medicine.Precision surgical treatment of gastric cancer is based on the accurate molecular typing and staging of gastric cancer by molecular diagnostic and imaging technologies,the formulation of effective and precise individualized diagnostic and treatment plans,and the concept of minimally invasive surgery and rapid rehabilitation throughout the diagnosis and treatment.To realize the above precise diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to continue to study the emerging hotspots of gastric cancer,such as tumor genomics,tumor microenvironment,tumor stem cells,cell autophagy and death,and to explore the emerging minimally invasive techniques,such as laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery,robotic surgical system,and indocyanine green tracer technology,as well as the comprehensive treatment approaches,including chemotherapy,targeting and immunotherapy.
