摘  要:肿瘤引流淋巴结(TDLN)是位于肿瘤下游的第一站淋巴结, 也被称为前哨淋巴结, TDLN内免疫微环境改变引起免疫细胞活性的变化直接影响肿瘤细胞的活性及远处转移能力。免疫治疗目前是恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段, TDLN内免疫微环境的变化与肿瘤免疫治疗的效果密切相关。本文就TDLN内免疫微环境的变化与肿瘤免疫治疗疗效的进展进行总结, 为恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗提供思路。The tumor draining lymph node(TDLN)is the first lymph node located downstream of the tumor,also known as the sentinel lymph node.Immune cell activity changes caused by changes of immune microenvironment within TDLN directly impact the activity and the metastatic ability of tumor cells.Immunotherapy is currently an important therapy for the treatment of malignant tumors,and changes in the immune microenvironment within TDLN are closely related to the effectiveness of tumor immunotherapy.This paper summarizes the progress in the changes of the immune microenvironment within TDLN and the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy,providing new ideas for the immunotherapy of malignant tumors.
