摘  要:住院医师规范化培训的实施旨在加快培养医学生成为合格临床医生,同时提升医师队伍整体水平,但目前针对规培医师的临床带教存在挑战。基于问题的教学法(PBL)的本质是采用翻转课堂,让学生成为“主角”,教师从“演员”变成“导演”,可若是戏份太重,也可能适得其反。而将一致性构建下的“以学为中心”的课程设计(LCCD)揉入规培医师PBL临床带教中,通过有意义的学习分类法对预期的学习目标进行分类,采用一致性的学习活动及学习测评,可有效地培养规培医师临床思维、自主学习、独立解决实际问题及交流表达的能力。The implementation of standardized training for resident doctors aims to accelerate the training of medical students to become qualified clinicians,and to improve the overall level of the physician team.However,there are challenges in clinical training for trained doctors.The essence of PBL teaching is flipped classroom,let the students become the“protagonist”,teachers from“actor”into the“director”,but if the scene is too heavy,may also backfire,and the LCCD teaching design of consistency construction into gauge doctors PBL clinical teaching,through meaningful learning methods to classify expected learning objectives,using consistent learning activities and learning assessment,can effectively cultivate gauge doctor clinical thinking,independent learning,independent solve practical problems and communication expression ability.
