从先后天之本探讨肌少-骨质疏松症的中医药防治策略

摘　　要：肌少-骨质疏松症(OS)是一种以肌少症和骨质疏松症并存的肌骨共退综合性疾病,其发病人群以老年人为主。近年来随着老龄化社会进程的加剧,OS的发病率增高,为家庭和社会造成了极大的经济负担,但目前针对肌肉和骨骼共同作用靶点的临床药物还尚缺乏。中医认为“肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本”,肾主骨,脾主四肢肌肉,从先后天之本对骨骼和肌肉共同进行中医药论治,或可为防治OS提供新的研究思路和方法。Osteosarcopenia is a comprehensive disease of muscle and skeletal degeneration coexisting with sarcopenia and osteoporosis,and its incidence is mainly in the elderly.For the past few years,with the deepening of the aging society,the incidence of Osteosarcopenia is increasing,bring heavy economic burden and medical burden to the family and society.At present,there is still a lack of clinical drugs targeting the joint action of muscle and bone.TCM theory holds that kidney being congenital origin,spleen being acquired foundation',and kidney is governing bone,spleen is governing muscle of limbs,and TCM treatment of bone and muscle from them may provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of osteosarcopenia.
