摘 要:脑-肠轴理论提出大脑与肠道之间存在双向通讯,涉及神经、内分泌、免疫等系统,在机体生理病理机制中均发挥重要调节作用。“玄府”是中医理论对人体结构最微观的结构认识,相较于传统中医学理论中的阴阳、五行等宏观学说,可从微观层面解析人的生理功能和疾病机理。文章基于脑、肠结构和功能的共同之处,从玄府理论认识脑-肠轴生理特性、病理变化,拓展玄府理论内涵,可为中医药防治脑病提供新思路。The brain-gut axis theory proposes that there is a bidirectional communication between the brain and the intestine,involving neural,endocrine and immune systems,which all play an important regulatory role in the physiological and pathological mechanisms of the body.‘Xuanfu'is the most microscopic understanding of the structure of the human body in traditional Chinese medicine theory.Compared with the macroscopic theories of yin and yang and the five elements in traditional Chinese medicine,it can analyze the physiological functions and disease mechanisms of human beings at the microscopic level.Based on the commonality of brain and intestine structures and functions,this paper understands the physiological characteristics and pathological changes of the brain-gut axis from the Xuanfu theory,and expands the connotation of Xuanfu theory,which can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of brain diseases in Chinese medicine.
