三平祖师公药签用药特点研究

摘　　要：目的:运用现代数据挖掘方法统计整理三平祖师公药签75首方药以探讨药签用药特点,从中医医学理论上剖析药签的起效机制,为科学传承中医药民间文化拓展平台。方法:运用Excel软件数据处理系统,对药签处方药物的性能、功效元素频次进行统计分析,探讨其用药特点。结果:三平祖师公药签用药共49味,选药平和无毒,以甘草、茯苓、当归、牛膝、山药为常;四性以平、温、寒为主;五味以甘、苦、辛为要;归经以入脾、肺、肾经为重;药物功效以健脾祛湿为首。结论:三平祖师公药签用药精简,其立法参闽南气候湿热之实,组方量病患久疾中虚之情,重视甘平之药培补中焦以恢复元气,配伍合理,用药平和,与医理相符,值得科学传承。Objective:Seventy-five prescriptions of Sanping Temple's Yaoqian were analyzed by using modern data mining method,in order to explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)composition,and the effective mechanism of herbal medicine,for clinical application and inheritance.Methods:Through sorting out 75 extant prescriptions of the Yaoqian,and using data processing system of Excel software,statistical analysis was carried out on the medicinal properties and tastes,meridian entry,toxicity and efficacy frequency of the Yaoqian,to explore the characteristics and regularity of drug use.Results:A total of 75 prescriptions were obtained,involving 49 TCM drugs.The TCM drugs were mild and non-toxic,with licorice,Poria,Angelica,Achyranthes bidentata,Chinese yam for common use.The four properties of drugs were mainly flat,warm and cold;The meridian entry was mainly in the spleen,lung and kidney meridians,and the medicinal effect was mainly in strengthening the spleen and removing dampness.Conclusion:The prescription of Sanping Temple's Yaoqian is simplifed,and its legislation is based on the fact that the climate in South Fujian is damp and hot,and the patients are deficient of the spleen,using gan-xing and ping-xing herbal medicine to nourish the middle jiao,and the compatibility is reasonable.The treatment is in line with the medical practice,which still worth us to follow.
