摘 要:随着钻井作业优快发展,新近系浅层探井钻井作业周期大幅缩短,导致砂泥岩难区分,岩性分层不准确,录井剖面符合率低。为解决这项难题,实现新近系地层岩性剖面的准确构建,提出基于钻压、扭矩、钻时的组合参数SI指数与扭矩曲线交会方法实时构建录井剖面,使录井剖面绘制可以随钻实时进行,做到了录井剖面绘制及时、高效,实现了精细化岩性分层。该方法在渤海油田应用超100口井,地质录井剖面符合率提升15%~23%,为智能化录井奠定了基础。With the optimum and fast development of drilling operations,the drilling cycle of shallow exploration wells in the Neogene is greatly shortened,resulting in difficulty to distinguish sandstone and mudstone,inaccurate lithology stratification and low coincidence rate of mud logging profiles.To solve this problem and achieve accurate construction of lithological profiles in the Neogene strata,the method of curve crossplot of SI index(the combined parameter of bit weight,torque and drilling time)and torque is proposed to construct mud logging profiles in real time,so that the real⁃time drawing of mud logging profiles can be carried out while drilling,achieving timely and efficient drawing of mud logging profiles and achieving fine lithologic layering.This method has been applied to more than 100 wells in Bohai Oilfield,and the coincidence rate of geological logging profiles has been increased by 15%⁃23%,laying a foundation for intelligent mud logging.
