摘 要:同步调相机故障诊断过程中,受噪声信号的影响,容易造成诊断精度不佳,加重了电网运行负担。为此,提出特高压输电系统中的同步调相机故障诊断方法。该方法通过分析调相机轴承机械振动,采集故障状态下调相机轴承机械振动超标产生的振动信号,并利用集合经验模式分解消除信号噪声,获取波形更为平滑的优化信号。通过计算信号模态分量中心频率对应的能量熵获取振动信号特征,并将信号特征作为训练样本输入支持向量机中,实现特高压输电系统用同步调相机故障诊断。实验结果表明:应用所提方法后的断路点α、断路点β和断路点γ的诊断结果与对应点位的电流和电压实际波形基本吻合;所提方法在a、b、c三组短路点检测到的谐波电流幅值与实际谐波电流幅值在各峰值处的重合率较高。说明所提方法断路故障和短路故障的诊断性能均较好,有利于确保特高压输电系统的稳定运行。In the process of synchronous condenser fault diagnosis,the impact of noise signals can easily lead to poor diagnostic accuracy and increase the burden on power grid operation.To this end,a fault diagnosis method for synchronous condensers in ultra-high voltage transmission systems was proposed.By analyzing the vibration of the adjusting camera bearing machinery,the vibration signal generated by the abnormal vibration of the camera bearing machinery was collected,and the signal noise was eliminated by the ensemble empirical mode decomposition,and the optimized signal with smoother waveform was obtained.The vibration signal characteristics were obtained by calculating the energy entropy corresponding to the center frequency of the signal modal component,and the signal characteristics were input into the support vector machine as training samples to achieve fault diagnosis of synchronous condensers for ultra-high voltage transmission systems.The experimental results show that the diagnostic results of the proposed method for the fault pointsα,β,andγcoincide with the actual waveforms of current and voltage at the corresponding points.The coincidence rate of the harmonic current amplitude detected at the short-circuit points in groups a,b,and c and the actual harmonic current amplitude at each peak is relatively high.It shows that the proposed method has good diagnostic performance of open circuit fault and short circuit fault,which is beneficial to ensure the stable operation of UHV transmission system.
