摘  要:本研究主要探讨了癫痫猝死(SUDEP)相关动物模型的研究进展。全身强直阵挛发作(GTCS)是SUDEP发生的显著先兆和主要危险因素。SUDEP的发病机制涉及心源性、肺源性和脑源性因素,可能是多种因素的共同作用结果。转基因小鼠模型、声源性SUDEP模型、最大电休克(MES)模型是用于SUDEP研究的3类动物模型。开发新的动物模型和进行更多的临床研究十分重要,对于改善癫痫患者的预后和生活质量以及未来SUDEP防治策略的制定具有重要意义。This manuscript predominantly explores the advancements in animal model research pertinent to sudden unexpected death in epilepsy(SUDEP).It highlights that generalized tonic-clonic seizures(GTCS)are not only a significant harbinger but also a principal risk factor in the manifestation of SUDEP.The etiology of SUDEP is multifaceted,encompassing cardiogenic,respiratory,and neurogenic elements,suggesting a synergistic interplay of various pathophysiological mechanisms.This review categorizes the animal models employed in SUDEP research into three distinct types:transgenic mouse models,audiogenic SUDEP models,and maximal electroshock seizure(MES)models.The development of innovative animal models and the augmentation of clinical research is imperative.These endeavors are pivotal for enhancing the prognostic outcomes and life quality of individuals afflicted with epilepsy and are instrumental in devising prospective strategies for the prevention and management of SUDEP.
