摘 要:目前,构建大数据能力已成为诸多企业在不确定性环境中实现创新发展的重要方式。现有文献虽探讨了大数据能力与企业创新关系,但尚未形成一致观点。从资源编排这一理论视角出发,深入剖析大数据能力对企业创新的影响机制与边界条件,并基于全国范围内173家企业数据分析发现:大数据采纳、大数据常规化和大数据同化对企业创新具有积极影响;大数据采纳、大数据常规化和大数据同化分别通过资源整合与内部创业对企业创新产生积极影响;资源整合、内部创业在大数据能力三维度(大数据采纳、大数据常规化和大数据同化)与企业创新间发挥链式中介作用;以赋权为中心的人力资源管理在资源整合与内部创业间发挥正向调节作用。结论对于厘清大数据能力与企业创新的关系具有一定理论贡献,可为企业创新发展提供实践启示。In order to obtain a competitive advantage in an uncertain environment,firms around the world have invested heavily in the capability building of big data,which has become an important way for firms to change their business methods,gain productivity and win market opportunities.However,on the topic of whether big data capabilities bring innovation to firms,the existing literature has yielded contradictory results.Some studies show that big data capabilities are positively related to firm innovation,but other studies show they may not.Whether big data capabilities can improve firm innovation is in controversy in the existing literature,which is not conducive to China's innovation and development strategies in the new era.Scholars believe that the impact of big data capabilities on firm innovation needs to be transmitted through different mediating variables,but the exploration of these mechanisms is insignificant at present.In addition,it is pointed out that some new perspectives can be expanded and integrated into the research framework of the relationship between big data capabilities and firm innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the exact relationship between big data capabilities and firm innovation based on new theoretical perspectives and mediating mechanisms.Given the actual development needs of firms and the call for theoretical research,this study uses the resource orchestration theory to bring resource integration,employee intrapreneurship,and empowerment-focused HRM into the research framework and explores the influence mechanism of different dimensions of big data capabilities on firm innovation.Specifically,it draws on scholars'views to divide big data capabilities into big data adoption,big data routinization and big data assimilation,and discuss their differential impacts on resource integration,employee intrapreneurship and firm innovation.Finally,the study analyzes the moderating role of empowerment-focused HRM between resource integration and employee intrapreneurship.Using the data of
