摘  要:水性油墨已成为当前墨水产业的发展趋势,其优点为大幅减少VOC的排放量,从源头上阻断了大气的污染。本实验用丙烯酸将环氧树脂酯化开环,反应后得到的是环氧酯,然后对环氧酯进行化学改性,用丙烯酸类单体为改性单体,以多聚磷酸为催化剂,以聚(4-苯乙烯磺酸钠)为分散剂,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以KH560和甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,运用接枝的方法制备水性环氧树脂乳液,最后用水性环氧树脂乳液并与黑色涂料混合,最后制备出水性黑色油墨。Water-based ink has become the current development trend of the ink industry,and its advantage is to greatly reduce VOC emissions and block air pollution from the source.In this experiment,the epoxy resin esterification and ring opening were opened with acrylic acid,and the epoxy ester was obtained after the reaction,and then the epoxy ester was chemically modified,acrylic acid monomer was used as the modified monomer,polyphosphoric acid was used as the catalyst,poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate)was used as the dispersant,ammonium persulfate was used as the initiator,KH560 and methacrylic acid were used as functional monomers,and the water-based epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by grafting,and finally water-based epoxy resin emulsion was mixed with black paint,and finally water-based black ink was prepared.
