摘  要:药物合成实训是培养高职化学制药技术专业学生药物合成技能训练的核心课程。本课题组将药物合成岗、技能大赛规程及职业资格证书融合,构建岗课赛证融通模式下药物合成实训一体化教学体系。即通过药物合成3D仿真、合成技能操作、合成综合实训三大阶梯化模块设置,注重实训前预习、实训中核心技能重点训练、实训后总结反馈三个教学环节,完善药物合成实训教学考核体系,促进学生技能水平和专业内涵建设有力提升。Drug Synthesis Training is the core course of training drug synthesis skills in Chemical Pharmaceutical Technology specialty of higher vocational education.The post of drug synthesis,the rules of skill contest and the professional qualification certificate were integrated,and an integrated teaching system of drug synthesis training was constructed.Through the drug synthesis 3D simulation,synthesis skills operation,synthesis comprehensive training three ladder module settings,we should pay attention to three teaching links:pre-training,key training of core skills in training and feedback after training,and perfect the teaching evaluation system of drug synthesis training,we will promote students skill level and professional connotation construction.
