基于OBE教学理念的药物化学教学改革探索

摘　　要：OBE教学理念,是一种以成果为目标导向,以学生为本,采用逆向思维的方式进行的课程体系建设理念。药物化学是药学专业的一门重要专业课程。笔者在长期从事药物化学一线教学的基础上,根据目前教学中存在的问题,运用OBE教学理念,分别选取天然产物合成,手性药物不对称合成和抗癌药物研发三个知识点为导向进行教学改革,取得较明显的效果。OBE teaching concept is a results-oriented,student-oriented,reverse thinking way of curriculum system construction concept.Pharmaceutical Chemistry is an important professional course in Pharmaceutical specialty.Based on the long-term experience in front-line teaching of Medicinal Chemistry and the existing problems in current teaching,OBE teaching concept was adopted to select three knowledge points including natural product synthesis,asymmetric synthesis of chiral drugs and research and development of anticancer drugs as guidance for teaching reform,and obvious effects were achieved.
