摘 要:目的:探讨高职新生成长型思维、手机冷落行为以及就业焦虑之间的关系,并考察手机冷落行为在成长型思维与就业焦虑之间的中介作用。方法:以安徽省内1229名高职新生为研究对象,采用成长型思维量表、手机冷落行为量表、大学生就业焦虑量表进行测量分析。结果:相关分析结果显示,高职新生成长型思维与就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.13,P<0.01),与手机冷落行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.01),手机冷落行为与就业焦虑呈显著正相关(r=0.36,P<0.01)。中介分析表明,手机冷落行为在成长型思维与就业焦虑之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应41.67%。结论:成长型思维不仅直接影响高职新生就业焦虑,也可以通过降低手机冷落行为水平间接影响个体的就业焦虑。Objective:To explore the relationship between growth mindset,phubbing,and employment anxiety among vocational college freshmen,and to investigate the mediating role of phubbing between growth mindset and employment anxiety.Methods:A total of 1229 new vocational college students in Anhui Province were selected as the research subjects,and a growth mindset scale,a phubbing scale,and a college student employment anxiety scale were used for measurement and analysis.Results:The correlation analysis results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between growth mindset and employment anxiety among vocational college freshmen(r=-0.13,P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation with phubbing(r=-0.16,P<0.01).Phubbing was significantly positively correlated with employment anxiety(r=0.36,P<0.01).Mediation analysis showed that phubbing played a partial mediating role between growth mindset and employment anxiety,with the mediating effect accounting for 41.67%of the total effect.Conclusion:Growth mindset not only directly affects employment anxiety of vocational college freshmen,but also indirectly affects individual employment anxiety by reducing the level of phubbing.
