摘　　要：产品的科研生产不是由单一科研单位独立实现的,次级供应商的参与不可或缺,尤其是次级供应商负责了关键性物料或特殊生产过程时,更不能仅对科研单位进行管理,还应对次级供应商进行管理。基于信息产品的特点、迭代速度和产品的维修性要求,识别过程中可能出现风险,通过实践总结了相应的对策,提供了对次级供应商管理的思路与方法。The research and production of developing products is not independently realized by a single contractor,and the participation of sub-suppliers is indispensable.Especially when sub-suppliers are responsible for key materials or special production processes,it is not only necessary to manage scientific research units,but also to manage sub-suppliers.Based on the characteristics of information products,iteration speed and maintainability requirements of products,possible risks in the process are identified,the corresponding countermeasures are summarized through practice,and the thoughts and method of sub-supplier management are provided.
