摘　　要：课程思政是高校课程改革的重点,实现“三全育人”、思想政治教育与知识体系教育的有机统一是改革的目标。“中西医结合内科学”是中西医临床医学专业的主干必修课程,融合式教学是教学改革的发展方向,将课程思政融入教学非常重要。从教学内容、教学方法、教学设计、教学评价等方面探讨“中西医结合内科学”的线上线下融合式课程思政建设,旨在进行“金课”建设,实现全员、全程、全方位育人,以培养医术医德兼备的中西医结合医学人才。Curriculum ideology and politics is the focus of the curriculum reform in colleges and universities.The goal of the reform is to achieve the“three-wide education”and the organic unity of ideological and political education and knowledge system education.Internal medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is the main compulsory course of clinical medicine specialty of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Integrated teaching is the development direction of teaching reform.It is very important to integrate curriculum ideology and politics into teaching.This article discusses the construction of the online and offline integrated curriculum ideology and politics of integrated Chinese and western medicine from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching design,teaching evaluation,etc.,aiming at carrying out the construction of“gold class”,realizing the all-staff,whole-process and all-round education,and cultivating the talents of integrated Chinese and western medicine with both medical skills and medical ethics.
