摘 要:我国茄子种植广泛,种植面积为77.9万hm2,但普遍存在化肥使用过度、种植效益低下等问题。丢糟和菌糠为食品常见发酵废弃物,每年均有大量产出,现有利用方式存在成本高、利用率低等问题。为探究出一种新的生物方式来解决上述问题,该文拟通过贝莱斯芽孢杆菌分别与白酒丢糟和菌糠复配来促进茄子生长。结果表明,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌T3均能在丢糟和菌糠中定殖,活菌数峰值分别3.39×10^(8)CFU/g和2.74×10^(6)CFU/g。T3与丢糟复配时促生效果最佳,株高、株茎、真叶数、叶面积、SPAD、含氮量均显著高于对照,增幅分别为95.04%,102.67%,300.23%,43.46%,21.07%,25.76%。The cultivation of eggplant is extensive in our country,with a planting area of 779,000 hm2,but there exist common problems,such as excessive use of chemical fertilizers and low planting efficiency.Vinasse and mushroom residue are common food fermentation waste products,with a large amount of annual output.However,the current utilization methods suffer from high costs and low utilization rates.In order to explore a new biological approach to solve the above problems,this study intends to promote the growth of eggplant by co-culturing Bacillus velezensis T3 with vinasse and mushroom residue.The results showed that Bacillus velezensis T3 could colonize in both vinasse and mushroom residue,with peak viable cell counts of 3.39×10^(8) CFU/g and 2.74×10^(6) CFU/g,respectively.The co-cultivation of T3 with vinasse showed the best growth-promoting effect,with significantly higher plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves,leaf area,SPAD value,and nitrogen content compared to the control,with increases of 95.04%,102.67%,300.23%,43.46%,21.07%,and 25.76%.
