摘 要:“赛教融合”作为近年来新兴的教学模式,被广泛应用于本科生人才培养过程中,并取得了较好的效果。为了实现《统计学》课程与学科竞赛的深度融合,文章针对《统计学》课程教学现状,从教学内容、教学方法、考核体系、师资队伍、实践平台五个方面构建创新教学体系,并基于铜陵学院2019级和2020级统计学专业学生的问卷调查数据,采用模糊综合评价方法对赛教融合模式的教学效果进行评价分析。分析结果表明,赛教融合模式整体教学效果较好,尤其在激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生实践、团队合作与沟通、自主学习能力等方面取得了积极的成效,但在科研兴趣培养、考核方式、职业发展导向方面仍有进一步提升的空间。为此,提出可设置线上课后拓展专题,采用组内互评和组间互评多元化评价方式,让企业参与项目教学任务等相关建议。As a new teaching mode in recent years,integration mode of competition and education.has been widely used in the process of undergraduate talent training,and has achieved good results.In order to realize the deep integration of Statistics course and discipline competition,this paper aims at the teaching status of Statistics course and constructs an innovative teaching system from five aspects:teaching content,teaching method,assessment system,teaching staff and practice platform.Based on the questionnaire survey data of students majoring in statistics in Tongling University in 2019 and 2020,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the teaching effect of teaching and competition integrated model.The analysis results show that the overall teaching effect of the competition-education integration model is good,especially in stimulating students'interest in learning,and cultivating students'practice,teamwork and communication,and self-learning ability.There is still room for further improvement in career development orientation.To this end,some suggestions are put forward to improve the integration mode of competition and education,such as setting up online expansion topics after classes,adopting multiple evaluation methods of intra-group mutual evaluation and inter-group mutual evaluation,and allowing enterprises to participate in project teaching tasks.
