摘　　要：近年来,中国高职教育得到了越来越多的重视和支持。随着国家对职业教育的支持力度不断加大,长春市各大高职院校陆续扩建,为城市发展提供了一定的人才保障。然而,在迅猛发展之后,还是出现了部分就业上的问题。本文探究了长春市高职院校毕业生的就业现状和存在的问题,为毕业生的就业提供参考和对策。通过对长春市高职院校毕业生的调研分析,总结出其中存在的问题,同时阐述了相应的解决办法,以期更好地促进长春市高职院校毕业生的就业。In recent years,higher vocational education in china has received increasing attention and support.With the continuous increase of national support for vocational education,major vocational colleges in changchun have been expanded,providing a certain level of talent protection for urban development.However,after rapid development,some employment problems still emerged.This article explore the current employment situation and existing problems of vocational college graduates in changchun city,providing reference and countermeasures for their employment.By conducting research and analysis on graduates from vocational colleges in changchun city,the existing problems are summarized,and corresponding solutions are elaborated to better promote the employment of graduates from vocational colleges in changchun city.
