摘  要:在传统的风洞飞行器风阻力实验中,搭载飞行器的工作转台不能实现空间中的转向控制,因此,不能实现飞行器模拟真实环境中的运行状态。为此设计了一种基于伺服液压缸、伺服电机的风洞工作转台控制方案。所设计的风洞工作转台,通过控制四个液压缸的伸缩以及圆台的旋转实现飞行器在空间中的方向控制。在设计中,首先给出风洞工作转台的机械结构,然后根据风洞工作转台的控制所需要求和几何运动关系进行数学模型的建立,最后通过MATLAB中的Simulink进行仿真实验。仿真实验表明通过输入不同的阶跃信号,圆台5与圆台2均能较好地实现工作转台的空间方向的控制。In traditional wind tunnel aircraft wind resistance experiments,the working turntable equipped with the aircraft cannot achieve steering control in space,so it cannot simulate the operating state of the aircraft in a real environment.A control scheme for wind tunnel working turntable based on servo hydraulic cylinder and servo motor was designed for this purpose.The designed wind tunnel working turntable achieves directional control of the aircraft in space by controlling the expansion and contraction of four hydraulic cylinders and the rotation of the circular table.In the design,the mechanical structure of the wind tunnel working turntable is first provided,and then a mathematical model is established based on the control requirements and geometric motion relationships of the wind tunnel working turntable.Finally,simulation experiments are conducted using Simulink in MATLAB.The simulation experiment shows that by inputting different step signals,both Table 5 and Table 2 can effectively control the spatial direction of the working turntable.
