摘  要:我国高校体育教师职后学习长期处于分散状态,单向、平面、被动是其基本特征,未能充分发挥高校基层教研组织功能,未能充分凝聚教师集体力量形成互动,未能真正形成立体、积极主动的反思学习氛围。基于此,本文围绕互动性对话、情境式学习、主体性学习、全身心投入反思等关键环节,探讨了高校体育教师职后学习共同体的构建路径。研究认为:(1)关注体育教学的具身性、职后学习的在场性、获得知识的完整性是构建高校体育教师学习共同体的关键;(2)教师学习共同体有益于发挥情境式学习优势,实现“身心一体”,激发共同体成员潜力;(3)构建高校体育教师学习共同体路径包括注重情境学习、突出叙事访谈、发挥隐性知识优势、设计“三阶段论”学习过程。这一研究为提升高校体育教师职后学习质量提供了新的视角和策略。The post-service learning of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in China has been in a decentralized state for a long time.Its basic characteristics are one-way,flat,and passive.It has failed to give full play to the functions of grassroots teaching and research organizations in colleges and universities,failed to fully gather the collective strength of teachers to form interactions,and has not truly formed a three-dimensional,proactive reflective learning atmosphere.Therefore,this article explores the path to build a post-service learning community for college physical education teachers around key links such as interactive dialogue,situational learning,subjective learning,and full-body reflection.The research believes that:(1)Paying attention to the embodied nature of physical education teaching,the presence of post-service learning,and the integrity of acquired knowledge are the keys to building a learning community for college physical education teachers;(2)Teacher learning communities are conducive to giving full play to the advantages of situational learning and realizing“integration of mind and body”to stimulate the potential of community members;(3)The path of building a learning community for college physical education teachers includes emphasizing situational learning,adhering to problem-oriented,highlighting narrative interviews,giving full play to the advantages of tacit knowledge,and designing a“three-stage”learning process.
