摘　　要：以W公司轮盘制造车间为研究对象,对基于FAS(Find Analyec Solution)系统的生产管理数字化改进进行了研究,W公司轮盘制造车间存在生产计划下达与调整时效性不强,生产计划协同能力不足,生产管理敏捷度低,生产管理信息化水平有待提升等问题。通过FAS系统对生产管理流程信息化建设,促进轮盘制造车间计划协同一体化,可快速提高轮盘制造车间的生产效率和组织成效、减少轮盘车间日常经营成本的同时为决策者提供精准数据支持,提高轮盘制造车间生产管理水平。This paper takes the wheel disc manufacturing workshop of W Company as the research object,and studies the digital improvement of production management based on the FAS(Find Analyec Solution)system.There are some problems in the wheel disc manufacturing workshop of W Company,such as weak timeliness of production plan release and adjustment,insufficient capacity of production plan coordination,low agility of production management,and the level of production management informatization to be improved.Through the FAS system,the information construction of production management process can promote the collaborative integration of the plan of the roulette manufacturing workshop,effectively improve the production efficiency and organizational effect of the roulette manufacturing workshop,reduce the management cost,provide accurate data support for decision-makers,and improve the production management level of the roulette manufacturing workshop.
