关于高新技术产业园区项目建设与管理模式的探究

摘　　要：在我国社会经济飞速发展的背景下,各个地区都在积极推动高新技术产业园项目的投资与建设,随着相关项目的规模越来越大,其建设管理将面临着诸多挑战。文章阐述了高新技术产业园区项目的特征,分析了加强建设与管理模式探究的必要性。结合实际,指出了当下高新技术产业园区项目建设与管理中存在的一些问题,包括建设管理理念、方法、制度及技术水平等方面,并对相关问题的解决对策进行了探究,希望能为相关单位及从业者提供参考。Against the backdrop of rapid socio-economic development in China,various regions are actively promoting the investment and construction of high-tech industrial park projects.With the increasing scale of related projects,their construction management will face many challenges.The article elaborates on the characteristics of high-tech industrial park projects and analyzes the neces‐sity of strengthening the exploration of construction and management models.Based on practical experience,some problems in the construction and management of high-tech industrial park projects were pointed out,including problems in construction management concepts,methods,systems,and technical levels.Solutions to related problems were explored,hoping to provide reference for relevant units and practitioners.
